“At the Windsor Elms we have been using the Suzy Q Hot Food Cart since 2000. We are very pleased with the ability to take the meal directly to our residents. The meals stay hot and the residents are able to smell the food even before it arrives to the dining area. This system is very resident focused and the staff are able to interact with each resident during meal time.
